A 17-year-old girl who ran away from her Ohio home because she says she feared punishment for converting from Islam to Christianity will stay in Florida for the time being.

A judge in Orlando ruled Friday that Rifqa Bary will stay in foster care in Florida until another hearing is held Sept. 3.

Muslims vandalize Christian graves

Crosses smashed: 'We don't feel safe anymore'

JERUSALEM – Palestinian Christians in a normally quiet village are reeling from a series of grave desecrations this week that they say are indicative of intimidation tactics from the town's growing Muslim population.

"Christians don't feel free anymore. Our way of life is changing while the Muslim population grows," a local Christian told WND. The Christian would only give his first name, Anis, for fear of Muslim retaliation if he speaks out. He pointed out there are several other Anis's in his village, Jisna, which is located near the West Bank city of Ramallah.

This week, 70 Christian grave sites in Jisna were vandalized, with the crosses on top of the graves found smashed off, local Christians told WND.

Muslim mob drags Christian women through street, desecrates Church

International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that Noor Husain, the father of a Muslim woman who eloped with a Christian man, led a mob of his neighbors and friends in an attack on his village’s only church in Pakistan’s Punjab province. After desecrating the church, the men forced their way into Christian homes, dragged out the women, and paraded them forcefully on the streets.

The assault, which occurred several months ago, so terrified the Christian community that 21 families fled, leaving only four Christian families who are still in the village.

“Petrified Christians locked their homes and fled to their relatives, living in other villages and cities, to save their lives,” said Ashraf Masih, a Christian resident who has remained in the village.

There has been another attack against the Christian community in Mosul, some 390 kilometres north of Baghdad. A masked armed commando group burst into a musical instrument store and assassinated the owner, a man of about fifty, and seriously injured his nephew. The news was released by Iraqi police sources, according to which over the last few days there have been close to fifteen people killed in the current violent campaign against the religious minority.

In Iraq Christians make up only three percent of the 28 million inhabitants.

In the southern Philippines, fighting between religious militias has left at least 100 dead in the past month. An attempt by the government to ease tensions by allowing the dominant Muslims to enforce Sharia law has only resulted in more violence.

In Marawi City, the “Islamic Pearl” of the Philippines, Sharia law is the only rule. This was a concession by the government to Muslims aimed at easing the tensions between their community and Christians in the southern Philippines.

The move has had the opposite effect. For the past five weeks, the conflict between the army and Muslim rebels has escalated. Religious violence in the southern Philippines has left 100 people dead and 400,000 displaced in the past month. The government has deployed 70% of its armed forces in the zone.

Pakistan :Muslim Man Rapes 13 Year Old Christian Girl

Christians Live In Constant Fear.
Father Emmanuel Asi,(Picture Above) secretary of the Catholic Bible Commission of Pakistan and parish priest of a large parish in Lahore, has told the Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) that Christians in Pakistan are living "in constant fear and peril".

He cited the example of a 13 year old Christian girl who only recently had been kidnapped and raped by a Muslim man. Such incidents were a regular occurrence, he said. In order to avoid punishment for this crime, the man involved would simply assert that the woman was now a Muslim. He would "marry“ her, but then send her away again after a short time. No one could do anything to stop this, since the victims were put under such great pressure by their "husbands" and threatened with death, so that they themselves would confirm in court, in the presence of their parents, that they had converted to Islam. In this way a Muslim man could abduct and rape any woman with impunity, he said.

Rights for ALL Religions or forced rights for Islam?

It’s about time we rush in and formally protect all the main Religions of the world isn’t it? In this internationally minded time we need the U.N. behind such a push don’t we? What better group within the U.N. to make such a resolution to protect ALL Religions than the OIC, The Organization of the Islamic Conference. They are the largest lobbying body within the U.N. made up of mostly Muslim countries, throughout the Middle East, Asia and South America. They are calling this resolution “Combating Defamation of Religions.” Doesn’t that sound fabulous? Maybe there might be some fair ball on the Religious playing field finally. Yes? Yes?

There is fair ball all right, for one Religion, Islam. When reading deeper into this sinister and manipulative resolution this boldly targets people of faith. Any Christian missionary or Pastor sharing their faith, daring in any way to speak out against Islam or preaching that Jesus is the way to Heaven instead of Muhammad would be committing a crime, punishable by imprisonment or possibly execution.
