Judge Rules Rifqa Bary can stay in Florida away from Muslim parents

A 17-year-old girl who ran away from her Ohio home because she says she feared punishment for converting from Islam to Christianity will stay in Florida for the time being.

A judge in Orlando ruled Friday that Rifqa Bary will stay in foster care in Florida until another hearing is held Sept. 3.
