Pakistan's top Taliban leader, Baitullah Mehsud, is buying children as young as 7 to serve as suicide bombers in the growing spate of attacks against Pakistani, Afghan and U.S. targets, U.S. Defense Department and Pakistani officials say.
A Pakistani official, who spoke on the condition that he not be named because of the sensitive nature of the topic, said the going price for child bombers was $7,000 to $14,000 - huge sums in Pakistan, where per-capita income is about $2,600 a year.

Religion of "piece" Explodes In Pakistan
A suicide attack on Peshawar's Pearl Continental, popular among foreigners, killed at least five people and wounded 70.
Peshawar, Pakistan - A suicide bombing Tuesday at Peshawar's only five-star hotel is the latest of several recent attacks in this northwestern Pakistani city.
It comes after the Taliban threatened to launch periodic attacks in retaliation for an ongoing Army offensive against militants in the Swat Valley. As the town closest to the battle zone and to Pakistan's tribal areas, a militant stronghold, Peshawar makes for a prime target.
Although the Taliban are unlikely to take over the city, say analysts, the attacks have stirred up fear among residents and disrupted routine life. Schools have closed by order of the government, and business has slowed. Normally bustling markets have emptied. Some families have left town.

Taliban kidnap 300 students, others in Pakistan
PESHAWAR, Pakistan, June 1 (Reuters) - Taliban militants in northwest Pakistan kidnapped about 300 students from a military-run college, with teachers and relatives, on Monday as they were travelling in mini-buses, police said.
The abduction took place while the Pakistani army pressed on with an offensive against the Taliban in the Swat valley in another part of the northwest.
Taliban fighters with hand grenades forced the students' convoy to a halt as it was travelling from the North Waziristan ethnic Pashtun tribal region on the Afghan border to the northwestern town of Bannu.
"The driver of one of the vehicles managed to escape and students reported to us that their colleagues have been kidnapped by Taliban," said Razaq Khan, a police official in Bakka Kheil village in the area.

Muslim mob drags Christian women through street, desecrates Church
International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that Noor Husain, the father of a Muslim woman who eloped with a Christian man, led a mob of his neighbors and friends in an attack on his village’s only church in Pakistan’s Punjab province. After desecrating the church, the men forced their way into Christian homes, dragged out the women, and paraded them forcefully on the streets.
The assault, which occurred several months ago, so terrified the Christian community that 21 families fled, leaving only four Christian families who are still in the village.
“Petrified Christians locked their homes and fled to their relatives, living in other villages and cities, to save their lives,” said Ashraf Masih, a Christian resident who has remained in the village.

Taliban militants shelve plans to kill Canadian hostage ( Again )
Taliban militants in Pakistan's tribal region have decided to shelve plans to kill Canadian hostage Beverly Giesbrecht, but her captors are apparently still holding out for a ransom before releasing her.
“After broad-based consultations, the Shura [leadership council] has postponed indefinitely the plan to kill the woman,” said Qari, a close associate of Taliban commander Gul Bahadur who asked to be identified by his first name only.
The abduction of Ms. Giesbrecht, 53, has become a sensitive issue, and tribesmen of the embattled area are reluctant to speak on the matter openly. However, some locals said that while there is no hard information about her release, it could come at any time.
In a video released last month, the West Vancouver resident said her captors warned that they would behead her if their demands for $375,000 (U.S.) weren't met by the end of March. That deadline was later extended to April 6.

I'm not buying this story anymore. If they don't kill her, it was a plot for money.

Jihad Unspun : Stay Of Execution
Vancouver woman said she'd be beheaded today, but Taliban militants holding her give authorities until April 5 to pay ransom.
ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN — The Islamic militants holding a Canadian hostage in the Afghan-Pakistani border region have extended the deadline for their ransom demands to be met, according to an associate of the Taliban commander thought to be in control of her.
"But there will be no more extension in the deadline," said Qari, a close associate of Taliban commander Gul Bahadur, who asked to be identified by one name only. "They [the Taliban] are serious," he told The Globe and Mail today.
In a video released last month, West Vancouver resident Beverly Giesbrecht, 53, said her captors would behead her if their demands for $350,000 (U.S.) weren't met by the end of March. She was seized at gunpoint in the Bannu region of northern Pakistan in November.

Canadian Revert Muslim Woman Held Hostage By Taliban
The creator of http://www.jihadunspun.com , seems to be in a bit of a pickle. I've watched this site over the years and her pro mujahadin videos don't seem to help her out. The Taliban have her. Oh the joys of being a female Muslim revert. In the following video , it seems she wants the "West" to help her out of her bondage. I say, Karma is a bitch. Lay down with dogs, you get fleas.

Interfaith Dialogue With The Devil

Catholic and Muslim leaders worked on Thursday to deflate suspicion between their two faiths, pledging at a high-level seminar here to work together to condemn terrorism, protect religious freedom and fight poverty.
Then an Islamic barbarian blows up murdering 20 people.
Never make a deal, with the devil.

Pakistan :Muslim Man Rapes 13 Year Old Christian Girl
Christians Live In Constant Fear.Father Emmanuel Asi,(Picture Above) secretary of the Catholic Bible Commission of Pakistan and parish priest of a large parish in Lahore, has told the Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) that Christians in Pakistan are living "in constant fear and peril".
He cited the example of a 13 year old Christian girl who only recently had been kidnapped and raped by a Muslim man. Such incidents were a regular occurrence, he said. In order to avoid punishment for this crime, the man involved would simply assert that the woman was now a Muslim. He would "marry“ her, but then send her away again after a short time. No one could do anything to stop this, since the victims were put under such great pressure by their "husbands" and threatened with death, so that they themselves would confirm in court, in the presence of their parents, that they had converted to Islam. In this way a Muslim man could abduct and rape any woman with impunity, he said.

Pakistan : "Confusion and Madness"
“Utter confusion and madness” was how one Pakistani source recently described the situation in his country to me. The country has been plunged into further turmoil.President Musharraf has finally resigned ahead of plans to impeach him. Suicide bombers struck a military installation in one of the deadliest attacks in the country’s history. And the existence of the new, moderate, secular Pakistan People’s Party (PPP)-led coalition government remains fragile.
