New Media Alliance Television ( www.nmatv.com ) is standing firmly behind the American Family Association ( http://www.black-and-right.com/wp-content/uploads/fox-action-alert-letter.pdf)boycott of PepsiCo, ( http://www.boycottpepsico.com/) as well as their FCC complaint drive ( https://secure.afa.net/afa/activism/TakeAction.asp?id=349 ) against the Fox Broadcasting Company sexually offensive, anti-Family, anti-Christian content included in a recent airing of The Family Guy cartoon.

FBC has threatened (via email) NMATV for copyright infringement, while failing to acknowledge the videos legal use being coveredby The Copyright Act of 1976 Fair Use provision.(http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap1.html)

The video segment, uploaded to NMATV, was embedded onto theAFA website (http://www.afa.net/familyguy.htm) , in which criticism, and comments were included.

NMATV was also the subject of an online attack during theafternoon of March 26, 2007 after Bob Parks, NMATV Executive Director, refused an email demand (from an unknown person) to immediately remove the video.

These are dangerous times. The volume and ferocity of anti-American chatter across the Internet have reached a level we have not seen since the days leading up to 9/11. The radical Islamists, who would use violence against those who do not accept their view of life, have become arrogant enough to bring their savage methods to new depths of depravity. British Police : "British Flag Offends Muslims."

Police in Merseyside at the Wavertree Road Police station have requested that all British National Party activists refrain from displaying British Flags as it is likely to cause “offence” to the ethnic groups living in the area. The police have advised the BNP activists that the display of the St. George cross and Welsh flags (cross of St. David & Welsh Dragon), in particular would give offence!

All twelve BNP activists are at the time of writing (22:05) still in detention, and police refuse to say when they will be released. The men are being interviewed under caution under section 19 of the Public Order Act.

U.S. Treasury Department to Host Shariah Compliant Financing Forum

This Thursday, in association with the Islamic Finance Project of the Harvard Law School, the U.S. Treasury will be hosting a forum entitled “Islamic Finance 101.”

You read this correctly. As the humorist Dave Barry writes in many of his columns, “I am not making this up.”

Indeed, despite the fact that we in ACT! for America and others have been warning about the infiltration of shariah (Islamic law) into our society for some time, to witness how quickly it is happening causes me to tremble inside.

Our own U.S. Treasury is hosting a forum aimed at educating “staff from U.S. banking regulatory agencies, Congress, Department of Treasury, and other parts of the Executive Branch.”

So what is Shariah Banking you ask?

Sharia banking was created by radicals like Sheik Qaradawi, a terrorist who today is banned from entering the United States and Great Britain. Who today leads international Islamic Finance agencies. How does he describe Shariah Finance? "I like to call it Jihad with money, because God has ordered us to fight enemies with our lives and our money."

Everything in me wants to shout from the highest house top “Will enough Americans wake up in time??? Have our leaders become so blinded with greed that they are willing to sell our soul, and endanger our national security, in exchange for Arab money?”

Tancredo Proposes Anti-Sharia Measures For America

“Jihad Prevention Act” would deny U.S. visas to advocates of ‘Sharia’ law, expel Islamists already here.

WASHINGTON, DC – Amid disturbing revelations that the verdicts of Islamic Sharia courts are now legally binding in civil cases in the United Kingdom, U.S. Representative Tom Tancredo (R-Littleton) moved quickly today to introduce legislation designed to protect the United States from a similar fate.

According to recent news reports, a new network of Sharia courts in a half-dozen major cities in the U.K. have been empowered under British law to adjudicate a wide variety of legal cases ranging from divorces and financial disputes to those involving domestic violence.

“This is a case where truth is truly stranger than fiction,” said Tancredo. “Today the British people are learning a hard lesson about the consequences of massive, unrestricted immigration.”

'Act for America' : Military Says NO "May Offend Muslims"

In our “Important Happenings” email earlier this week we included Brigitte Gabriel’s scheduled appearance at the Norfolk Naval Base Navy Exchange in Norfolk, Virginia this Saturday, September 20th.

We were informed yesterday that the top brass at the naval base ordered the event cancelled.

While we do not have specific details, it appears that the decision to cancel was made after pressure was exerted amidst concerns about offending Muslims. The commentary below discusses how the American counterterrorism community is increasingly surrendering in the war of ideas to Islamic supremacists.

In effect, we are following the same path Great Britain has trod over the past three decades, a path that led to last week’s stunning announcement that Great Britain has now officially adopted sharia law and sharia courts.

Every time a decision in America is made that suppresses critique of Islam out of fear of giving offense to Muslims, such as the decision to cancel Brigitte’s appearance at the Norfolk Naval Base, Islamic militants are empowered and emboldened and our nation takes one more step down the failed path Great Britain has already traveled. Roland Jabbour : "Jews are offpsring of apes and pigs."

THE chairman of the Australian Arabic Council (AAC) has been accused of breaching the Racial Discrimination Act with comments he made about the Hezbollah-run television station al-Manar, which continues to be broadcast in Australia.

Roland Jabbour told The AJN last week that he stands by the comments he made to The Age (21/08), that in the context of Israel’s “crimes”, it was acceptable for al-Manar to call Jewish people “the offspring of apes and pigs” and to resurrect the ancient myth of blood libel.

“I said you need to see those comments in the context of the State of Israel and the ongoing conflict in the region. I thought it was reasonable,” Jabbour told The AJN.
He said that while he would never speak about Jewish people like that, “we need to see [the comments] as directed to the State of Israel, not directed to Jews”.

He said that in broadcasting anti-Semitic and anti-Israel views into Australia, the network was exercising its right to free speech.
“By supporting a station to be aired in Australia, we are not supporting the things that it says, we are simply saying that if somebody says something that we are not happy with, then that is the whole issue with freedom of expression,” Jabbour argued.

The broadcaster, he said, was not supporting terrorism, but he concurred that Hezbollah, a proscribed terrorist group in Australia, operated the station.
