B. HUSSEIN REFUSES US-BORN BIRTH CERTIFICATE SURFACE

B. Hussein Obama refuses to comply with legal demands that he produce a US-born birth certificate.


“The admissions are there. By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything.


“[Obama] admits he was born in Kenya.


“He admits he was adopted in Indonesia.


“He admits that the documentation posted online is a phony.


“And he admits that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States” per a well-placed Republican attorney relating data to Newsmax, such attorney not authorized to comment officially on the case.


Newsmax’s Kenneth R. Timmerman states that all official legal papers have been presented to B. Hussein in demanding a US-born birth certificate. But B. Hussein and legals balk, silence reigning.


The B. Hussein Hawaiian birth certificate he offers online has been proven bogus.


Former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg, a Democrat, filed a lawsuit against B. Hussein in demanding the US-born birth certificate.


B. Hussein’s refusal to comply admits that he is Kenyan-born and therefore not eligible for US Presidency.


Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania refuses to dismiss the case.


Even if B. Hussein moved into the White House, the truth will out.


Would it not be fascinating to see the moving vans appearing at the White House doors to remove Obama belongings due to the courts concluding that he did warrant that residence because of being exposed as Chief Liar?

    Handled right, the Fed District Court throwing out Berg for lack of standing can present a political check-mate “win” on appeal for the anti-Obama side (if not in law, in the Court of Public Opinion). Here’s how: SIMPLY SPREAD AROUND OBAMA’S APPELLATE BRIEF HAVING TO ARGUE AGAINST AN AMERICAN VOTER’S RIGHT TO RAISE THE QUESTION UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. Should be a PR disaster for the Dems and Obama!!!
