J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Judge orders Dem National Committee to halt, to remove B. Hussein Obama from “all election ballots” per Daniel Downs of Greene County Dailies.

“After reviewing evidence presented by Attorney Philip Berg, US District Court Judge Honorable R. Barry Surrick has ruled that Barack Hussein Obama was not a ‘natural born’ or ‘naturalized’ citizen and is ineligible to run for and/or serve as President of the United States.

“Judge Surrick then ordered the Democratic National Committee to cease all campaign activity on behalf of their candidate for President. He further ordered Obama be removed from all election ballots.”

Those of us following this have known all along that sooner or later truth would out even though liberal media sidelines the facts. However, liberal media is not the only voice “out there.” There are truth-sayers who give forth actual data.

Even if B. Hussein won the presidential election, truth would out after he moved his furniture into the White House.

How interesting for B. Hussein and Michelle then to have had to move their personal belongings into vans outside the Pennsylvania Avenue residence, photo opts aplenty.

Either now or after the election, the world will know for certain that Chief Liar B. Hussein has proven the bottom line to deceit.

All along he has been pressed to produce a real US-born birth certificate. He then lied in producing a bogus “birth certificate.” Liar liar liar.

Now days before the November 4 Big Time, the judge orders the Dem National Committee to produce fact before a worldwide audience.

It’s about time.

  1. Cool, i really like how you cut and past a fabricated story and claim it to be true.

    Good Deal.

    Spoken like a true idiot.

    So there you go.

  3. They said that Berg's claims were "ridiculous" and "patently false," that Berg had "no standing" to challenge the qualifications of a candidate for president because he had not shown the requisite harm to himself.

    Surrick agreed.

In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg's allegations of harm were "too vague and too attenuated" to confer standing on him or any other voters.

Surrick ruled that Berg's attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."

The judge also said the harm Berg alleged did "not constitute an injury in fact" and Berg's arguments to the contrary "ventured into the unreasonable."

For example, Berg had claimed that Obama's nomination deprived citizens of voting for Sen. Hillary Clinton in November. (Berg backed Clinton in the primaries.)

Berg could not be reached for comment last night.

Obama was born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961, and the campaign posted a document issued by Hawaii on its Web site, fight, confirming his birth there.

Berg said in court papers that the image was a forgery.

  4. Grant Swank,

I hope something comes of this.
