ReplyDeleteI think that part of the problem is that liberals view the world the way they want it to be, not the way it actually is. For example many of them still think that communism works. why? Do they not know about the mass famines and state sponsored killing of dissidents? do they not realize that people risk their lives to flee Cuba? No, its not because of ignorance, its largely because communism as an ideology is appealing to many of them, and they would like to believe it could work. So when they see a communist society with its people starving to death and many of its people in political prisons, they tell themselves that that's not the true communism. They think that its a problem of leadership, not human nature.
Also I think that many liberals desperately want to believe that United States is the bad guy, and that everyone else wants to live in peace, since if that were the case, all we would have to do is change our ways and we'd be fine. They don't want to believe that the terrorists want to kill us because of we are not Muslims, and that Islam is not a religion of peace, so they convince themselves that this is all our fault, and that if we change our behavior, everything will be fine. That's the biggest problem with the left, wishful thinking. In fact, many of them will ignore all the evidence that contradicts their desires until its too late.
I would like to have your thoughts on this.

ReplyDeleteWell put Damien! Being Muslims, they must be peaceful pirates at least. These Somali Buccaneer monkeys are out of control. They go out for weeks in little rickety boats with just weapons and water and eat raw fish they catch and keep hijacking bigger then bigger, then bigger boats.
These terrorist monkeys must be exterminated with extreme prejudice. Sending several drones into their camps when they're fat and happy celebrating their new money should do the trick.

ReplyDeleteDouble posting is no be deal, I do it all the time when I make a serious mistake that missed and needs fixing. By the way I liked that Philosophy of Liberty Cartoon. It was very well done and I've heard of Citizen Warrior and his blog. He does a good job exposing the Jihadist agenda.
