ReplyDeleteIt doesn't matter what the laws were in a muslim country regarding sex with a child. Sex with a child is MORALLY wrong, and no law changes that.
Sex with a child was wrong 1400 years ago, and is still wrong today. Moral law is not governed by borders or time.
Stating that one's despicable actions are sanctioned by a god does not cast one in a good light, but sullies the image of one's god.
Some other You Tube poster (batphilio) pointed out that it used to be legal in the USA to own black slaves. But it was wrong then and it's wrong today - although the Arabs haven't quite realised it yet.
ReplyDeleteIn Nazi Germany it was ok to murder 6 million jews. It was as wrong then as it is now. In fact, those responsible were tried for their crimes in Germany. The jurisdiction was that of the Allied Forces, not the Germans.
Less than 30 years ago Ayatollah Khomeini in Iran decreed that sex with children was ok with him. That doesn't make it ok for all - it simply means that he was a paedophile.
