He should not have been in the US. He was here illegally. While here he murdered and wounded.
Jesus Avila, 22, shot the man and wounded Avila’s former woman friend. He is also a gang member.
Gilbert Parra, 19, is gone. The 17-year-old female is wounded
Deputy first assistant county prosecutor James Ronca reported that an argument fomented regarding the teen girl. It started with telephone calls back and forth. Then Avila drove to where his enemy was, accompanied by three cronies.
Parra was shot outside the house while the girl hid in the house.
Avila’s tattoos identified him as a street gang member.
