"FBI BUSTS ITALIAN GANGSTERS FOR OLD CRIMES, ISLAMBERGS UNTOUCHED"

Federal prosecutors have charged dozens of reputed members of the Gambino crime family with murders, drug trafficking, robberies and extortion in one of the largest mob takedowns in recent memory, authorities said Thursday.

Mark Mershon, head of New York's FBI office, said that federal agents had rounded up more than 60 suspects, including the three highest ranking members of the Gambino family.

Among those being sought were the reputed acting boss of the Gambino family, John "Jackie the Nose" D'Amico, who is accused of playing a lead role in a broad racketeering conspiracy.

  1. These people are not stupid. They stay just under the radar, claim to be 'religious' retreats, and such nonsense. In some areas I think the locals are so afraid of them they won't report suspicious activity. Wouldn't want to offend them, now would we?

Folks like Paul Williams and others are continuing their private investigations of all the Islamburgs in the US.
