COTABATO CITY – Government forces have cordoned off a number of islet villages in Languyan, Tawi-Tawi, after an intelligence report indicated that Abu Sayyaf terrorists who killed Fr. Jesus Reynaldo Roda and seized two hostages last week could have fled there.
Roda, 53, a Catholic priest belonging to the Oblates of Mary Immaculate congregation, was shot and killed by 10 Abu Sayyaf terrorists who barged into the Notre Dame of Tabawan on Jan. 15 in Tabawan town in Tawi-Tawi.
