Thompson: Enforce Strict Immigration Laws on the Books

Who will step up?

Republican Fred Thompson says we don’t need new laws regarding the immigration mess. We have them. They’re just not enforced rigorously.

One of America’s chief ills is the laxity on immigration tolerated through the years. Now the nation is confronted with being legal or illegal, being fair or cruel. It should have never come to this. But the government has been sloppy on this issue and now we are paying the price.
