AAH TO GOVT: SHUT DOWN CAIR

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

The House Republican Conference called on Dems to shut CAIR out of Congressional environs by prohibiting the terrorist organization from meeting in a conference room there.

CAIR has exposed itself over and over again as a deceitful conclave to further Islamic terrorism. Yet in a democracy, some think there is little that can be done to democracy’s foes due to our Constitutional freedom of speech.

However, Christians seem to be cut off at the pass at too many instances when seeking their freedom of religious expression. Yet such blatant enemies as CAIR carry on.

But now there appears to be a glimmer of realistic hope. Americans Against Hate (AAH) got Senator Barbara Boxer to cancel her award from CAIR leader Basim Elkarra. That was a publicized first class win for genuine freedom.

Then the House Republicans charged in to inform Dems that cooperating with CAIR with a conference shelter in the United States Congress building was un-American and pro-Islamic killers.

CAIR has supported Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Sami Al-Arian. CAIR has on its web site double talk in order to convince Americans that it is pro-peace, pro-democracy and anything else attached to the red, white and blue.

Those with democracy defense ethics must join with AAH is requesting our government to put CAIR right alongside Hamas on the US State Department’s list of terrorist outfits.

“Joe Kaufman, chairman of Americans Against Hate and founder of CAIR Watch stated, ‘The U.S. government confuses the American people, when it says that it is in a war on terrorism and then, in the same breath, allows a group tied to terrorism to use government facilities.

“’We call on Nancy Pelosi and other leaders of the Democratic Party to follow the lead of Senators Barbara Boxer, Charles Schumer and Dick Durban and recognize CAIR for what it is —
a terror front.’”
