Crossing certain lines is abhorrent.
Making the film depicting US President George W. Bush shot to death is one of those crossings.
It is macabre for sick heads.
The filmmakers from England showed the fictional piece in Toronto, per Daily Mail’s Baz Bamingboye.
There did not seem to an outburst of appreciation at the film’s conclusion, even though some who attended told press when entering the theater that they would not mind if Mr. Bush were assassinated. A brief applause time frame was all at the movie’s close.
It does not seem likely that this particular flick will spread worldwide.
However, just to know that certain twisted brain cells would produce such a movie for public venue is repulsive, especially with Muslim terrorists plotting daily to do in every free nation, starting with America.
The filmmakers planned their showing also at a most inappropriate schedule — within the confines of 9/11.
Therefore, when these film producers received their own death threats, it seemed logical and justified.
Now they are watched over by private security personnel at the Toronto International Film Festival. It could be that they may be shot. Anything is possible.
If they are, whoever will commit the crime might have received specific instructions and inspiration for same via the very movie the makers laid in the public’s lap.
"The exact nature and level of threat against Gabriel Range, the director of Death of A President and his producer - writing partner Simon Finch was not being disclosed yesterday but expert security officers were in attendance at the world premiere screening of the film, also known as DOAP, on Sunday night at the Paramount cinema in Toronto."
