Youssuf Islam (formerly the singer Cat Stevens) half truths and changing the Koran.

Why does the media always point finger at Muslims and the Arab world as the main source of terrorism in the whole world? (Maybe because Muslim around the globe are killing themselves and everyone else up?)

Here I want to explain some basic facts about this noble religion; Islam.

Along with most Muslims, I feel it a duty to make clear that such orchestrated acts of incomprehensible carnage have nothing to do with the beliefs of most Muslims.Allah says in the Qur'an:"If anyone murders an (innocent) person, it will be as if he has murdered the whole of humanity. And if anyone saves a person it will be as if he has saved the whole of humanity."

What "Cat" is not telling you that after this.

Surah 005.032

For this reason did We prescribe to the children of Israel that whoever slays a soul, unless it be for manslaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he slew all men; and whoever keeps it alive, it is as though he kept alive all men; and certainly Our messengers came to them with clear arguments, but even after that many of them certainly act extravagantly in the land.

Comes this.

Surah 005.033

The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement,

"Cat" goes on with other half truths.

"There is no compulsion in religion," it states, meaning that people should not be compelled to change their faith.


Islam will be peaceful as long as it is permitted to be spread, at anytime an attempt to restrict islam, they will wage war and make that land dar al islam.

2) Enslavement

3) Convert to Islam

Surah 047:004

“When you clash with the unbelieving Infidels in battle (fighting Jihad in Allah’s Cause), smite their necks until you overpower them, killing and wounding many of them. At length, when you have thoroughly subdued them, bind them firmly, making (them) captives. Thereafter either generosity or ransom (them based upon what benefits Islam) until the war lays down its burdens. Thus are you commanded by Allah to continue carrying out Jihad against the unbelieving infidels until they submit to Islam.”

This is a recent change made by the website I use of the online Koran.

Surah 47:4
Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,- He will never let their deeds be lost.

Now I have "Cat the Muslim " telling half truths and this website, Online koran , changing the original text to make it more "softer". Seems to me the more you focus on Islam, the more Muslims will do and say anything to decieve the "Infidel." I plan on writing this website to ask them why they changed the original text.
