Thousands of Michigan Muslims join protest in Washington, D.C.

Again Muslims get it wrong. Dateline "Michiganistan"

Busloads of Arab and Muslim Michiganians gathered in Washington, D.C. today to protest U.S. and Israeli policy in the Middle East.

The travelers said they want to defend their homeland -- and in some cases their own families.

In Lafayette Park, just a few hundred yards from the White House, speakers led chants from a raised platform while children in University of Michigan hats and "God Bless Lebanon" T-shirts mingled with socialist college students bearing Che Guevara buttons.

This seems to be the first UN resolution that is even halfway decent towards the Arab cause," said Osama Siblani, publisher of Dearborn's Arab-American News, before speaking at Saturday's rally.

There seemed almost universal anger at what dozens of marchers described as hypocritical attempts by the United States and Israel to equate Hezbollah, the Shiite Muslim militia against which Israel has launched its attacks, with al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.

Nonsense. al qaeda and hezbollah both kill people in the name of allah.And both terror groups want to die fighting for allah. And further more Muslims consider those that die waging jihad as martyrs.

Tim McVeigh is dead, we don't consider him a martyr, we just consider him dead.

As far as the National Rifle Association, this is the most absurd and foolish statement (well almost) I've heard from any Muslim. The NRA , is not a group that teaches to hunt down Jews and Christians and kill them for allah.

I'm now looking at some pictures posted from this foolish event that will make the hearts and minds of Americans AGAINST MUSLIMS, and I don't see a "free the Jewish soldiers "sign. or "I love America" sign. I DO SEE THIS THOUGH.
