MPAC : Questioning Islam is an attack.
ATTACKS ON ISLAM WITHIN THE MEDIA
below are actual questions that were asked on national media programs
1. Why are the Muslims talking more about U.S. foreign policy in Palestine and Iraq when those Madresas all over the Muslim world are the ones teaching the Mohammad Attas to come here and blow up buildings and kill Americans? (O'Reilly Factor)
2. Historically speaking Jihad has meant expanding the realm of Islam through armed warfare, and we have organizations like Islamic Jihad that share this view. Therefore is it a fair point to suggest that Jihad really is about a personal spiritual quest? (Nightline)
3. Why is there so much poverty and tyranny in the Muslim world with leaders like Saddam Hussein, Ayatollah Khomeini, the Taliban, etc.? Can't this be attributed to the teachings of Islam? (Politically Incorrect)

These are considered "attacks"? Open honest questions are now deemed as "attacks on Islam?" Something is wrong with any entity that despises scrutiny. If you have nothing to hide, let the questions be asked.
