IRAQ PARLIAMENT MUST UNITE, OR US GET OUT

If the New Iraq Parliament cannot guarantee unity between the various Islamic sects, then it’s time for the multinational forces to make exit. Not necessarily overnight, but as soon as possible.

When Operation Iraqi Freedom went in to topple Saddam Hussein, the Bush administration believed that a united block of believers would be liberated from despotism. Instead, we have come upon a multi-dimensional Islam.
In addition, the Bush administration hoped that secularists would gain control of government so that Islam would not be a prominent factor. Not so. Secularists are at the bottom of the power structure.


Islamic sects are vying for power within an Islamic theocracy. Allah rules. Mohammed rules. The Koran rules. Sharia rules.
Islam is government. Government is Islam. Allah is politic. Politic is Allah. That’s just the way it is in any Muslim country. The same with New Iraq.
