Al-Qaeda is recruiting HIV-infected suicide bombers in an attempt to increase the number of victims, reports claim.The terrorist organization aims to find members who suffer lethal blood diseases, so that a simple cut, or bone fraction could infect people in the vicinity and thus lead to more fatalities, UK's Sunday Mirror claims.

According to the reports, experts have found out that bloody fragments and bone pieces could hit, and thus infect people in a 50-meter radius.The rescue teams and soldiers are advised to wear preventive clothing, the newspaper ads.
