Just as AP reports this morning: "The Senate on Thursday could vote on a Democratic amendment to halt a controversial ports deal that the Bush administration still hopes to push through.

"The Senate vote would come just one day after the House Appropriations Committee attached a similar amendment to a $92 billion emergency supplemental funding measure for hurricane recovery and wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

"The committee vote in favor of the deal-blocker package was 62-2.

"By attaching it to a larger must-pass spending bill, lawmakers are challenging President Bush: If he follows through on his threat to veto a bill that stops the deal, he would also be vetoing the entire package.

The poll found that nearly half of Americans -- 46 percent -- have a negative view of Islam, seven percentage points higher than in the tense months after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, when Muslims were often targeted for violence.

WHO WILL RESCUE AMERICA?

Outsourcing.

I despise that word. It means to me that America is fading away somewhere. Too much is disappearing--outgoing, outsourcing, out there.
There’s a frightening thought that keeps intruding. It says, "Who’s going to rescue America?"

Canada can’t do it and doesn’t want to do it if it could. Mexico? Of course, that’s a joke. South America? Yes, let’s start with Venezuela.
The Danes have their own problems. As do Germany and France.

I guess there’s England as long as Blair can keep his political head above water. But then again, that's not realistic to expect England to rescue the USA.
Forget Africa. But I like Africa—the wilds, animals roaming, sunsets. Yet with Christians being slaughtered throughout Nigeria, I don’t think there’s much plasma left for America. Not even to mention the Sudan.

Then I looked at the Muslim nations’ spread on the map the other day. Not good. It blankets a lot of bloody space "over there."
But America is fading away somewhere. Outsourcing.

The ports. Who in God’s name ever thought of giving them away to the Islamics? Heaven help us.

And the borders. Does anybody in power really care about criminals invading just by walking across the line in the night?

A Foreign Office spokesperson said:'The British government condemns yesterday's Israeli Air Force attack in Gaza, which resulted in the death and injury of Palestinian civilians, including young children.'

'Israel has the right to defend itself, but any actions it takes must be in accordance with international law and should be proportionate. We have repeatedly expressed our concern about Israel's policy on targeted killings, particularly the number of civilian casualties.'

'We again urge President Mahmoud Abbas to take steps to halt all attacks launched at Israeli targets from the Gaza Strip.'

P.M. Olmert failed to act properly for the evictees from there homes. Temporary homes were not ready. While the Gov. planned the evictees to stay in temporary homes for 14 days, some 40 percent are still living in temporary homes after being forcefully driven out of there homes.

Peace and blessing.I feel an obligation to turn to you, as one who is entrusted with the values of the army and the rule of law on the one hand, and with Jewish values and the Torah's commandments, on the other.I would like to address the events that occurred during the evacuation of the nine houses in Amona.

As one who did not merit being in Gush Katif during the evacuation there, I felt a deep solidarity with the protest actions of the Gush Katif residents. I felt that this time, I could express my feelings by protesting. I therefore arrived happily in Amona, with the understanding and knowledge that there was still an appeal pending to the Supreme Court that might allow the houses to be evacuated voluntarily, without a struggle.

My heart told me that the Supreme Court would certainly agree to this option, but I still decided to come in order to be certain that the houses would not be evacuated without the required protest against such an act of evacuating homes or communities in the Land of Israel.

To my surprise, the Supreme Court preferred the forced evacuation, rather than having it done by agreement.I prepared myself for the evacuation, with the intention of undergoing this event - the evacuation of houses from the Land of Israel and a struggle - together with the cream of the crop of Israeli youth, struggling for their Land and inheritance with dignity and valor.

I never dreamt or imagined that I would soon undergo such humiliation, murderous punches and injuries (my eye was saved from permanent damage only by miracle) by the policemen of the State of Israel, over whom you, as the Region Commander, commanded.

I hereby declare that I held nothing in my hand, I threw nothing, I did not fight, I did not hit and I did not curse anyone. I sat in one of the houses with the understanding that very soon, I would be asked to leave, in accordance with a political decision and court order.

As I was sitting in the house, a group of Yassam police entered and did not make any request for us to leave. Instead, they simply started hitting us with clubs, very forcefully and painfully, as if those sitting in front of them were criminals and murderers.

When I tried to go out, and despite my telling the Yassamniks that I was going on my own and that I didn't need to be dragged or hit, they struck me for no reason:

They smashed my head against the wall, kicked me in my back, threw me on the floor, and hit me very hard with their clubs on my head, eyes and nose, to the point where I was severely and painfully injured.

All this occurred as I was asking them to be allowed to leave the house. Up to this very minute, the feelings of dread and fear pursue me, entirely shaking up my feelings towards the law, the police, the army, the Supreme Court, and all the government institutions.

I would be very happy if your honor would respond to this letter, which is written from the depths of my heart.Why, when you saw these things happening to me and my friends (there are tens of testimonies), did you not intervene and stop the evacuation?

Why did you not tell the truth when you were interviewed?How could you have planned and approved such a sensitive mission as the evacuation of parts of the Land of Israel with orders for such terrible violence against the most idealistic youths in Israeli society?

I am sad to say to you, General Naveh, that it will be hard for me to forget or forgive those who injured me so severely, or to those who commanded those forces - unless I receive a reasonable explanation and a public apology from all the elements who hurt me and my friends with no justification.

It is very unfortunate that precisely in the year before my enlistment in the army, and after having received an invitation to apply for the Israel Air Force pilots' course and for the elite Sayeret Matkal unit, this is the slap in the face that I and my friends receive.

Labor party furious: Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas "screwed us over", Labor party officials charged after the PA chairman endorsed Kadima's Ehud Olmert in an interview with an Italian newspaper Wednesday.

Labor figures noted the party's leader, Amir Peretz, met with Abbas only days ago and backed him, and "now Abbas said what he said."

The Likud, meanwhile, went on the attack, charging that "even Abbas understands Kadima is more leftist than Labor and Meretz. Likud Spokesman Ronen Moshe said that "Even Abbas, who allowed the formation of a Hamas government…realizes that Ehud Olmert can make far-reaching concessions and hand over territories without anything in return or a Palestinian commitment."

Wednesday, March 08, 2006 -- Jorge Hernandez, aka Jorge Soto, killed Min Soon Chang, 18, college freshman. Jorge was driving drunk and plowed into another vehicle.

Jorge is an illegal alien.

He had been arrested three times before for driving under the influence. That happened in three different states. He had been returned to Mexico 17 times. Finally something seems to be done about these sorts of happenings attached to illegals. Rep.

Sue Myrick is putting in a bill which would mandate immediate deportation of any drunk-driving illegal in the US.

I had a crash course in survival. Not in the Girl Scouts, but in a bomb shelter where I lived for seven years in pitch darkness, freezing cold, drinking stale water and eating grass to live. At the age of 13 I dressed in my burial clothes going to bed at night, waiting to be slaughtered. By the age of 20, I had buried most of my friends--killed by Muslims.

We were not Americans living in New York, or Britons in London. We were Arab Christians living in Lebanon.

Witnesses were brought before the investigative committee to determine the causes of extreme inter-Jewish violence in the small Jewish community of Amona. The hilltop community of just over twenty families is a satellite of the large suburb Ofrah, located in the disputed Israeli territories just north of Jerusalem.

Hamas Launches Web Site Encouraging Kids to Become 'Martyrs'

The Hamas-run Al-Fateh.net glorifies shahada, martyrdom, and presents the deaths of terrorists attacking Israelis as a time of celebration, according to a report by Palestinian Media Watch.

One of the stories on the site quotes a mother saying that when she heard her son had become a shahid, a martyr, she bought dates, candies and coffee to give out. An entire section of the site is called "Stories of the Shahids" and the most recently posted story honors Hamas terrorist Naseem Ja'abari, who murdered 16 people when he blew himself up on a bus in Be'er Sheva on August 31, 2004.

Slaughter the Kafr

I picked this up from a paltalk in a Muslim chat room. He is a very good Muslim that believes if one is at war with Islam and Muslims that non-Muslims should be beheaded.

What he never did say (while I was in the room) that Islam is always at war with non-Islamic land to make them Muslim land. Therefore if Countries or people resist Islam and impede the spread of Islam, we are fighting Islam, and heads roll.

UNC Students to Protest Campus Attack

Some UNC-Chapel Hill students are planning to protest Friday's attack on campus that investigators say might have been an act of terrorism.

Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar, 22, is charged with nine counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to cause bodily injury. Police say he drove an SUV through a crowd of students gathered at The Pit.

Six people were treated at the hospital for minor injuries. Three others refused treatment at the scene.
Derek Poarch, chief of the university's police department, confirmed Saturday that Taheri-azar, a native of Iran, told investigators he wanted to "avenge the deaths or murders of Muslims around the world."

Americans, because we are so fortunate in our culture with pleasures and luxuries, tend to forget negatives. Yes, positive thinkers we are and proud of it.

But for our own protection, we need to remember what happened on 9/11 and instruct our children in what happened on 9/11. It’s prudent. It’s logical. It’s mature.

When we think of what Muslims can do when fanatically given to their cultic drive to kill and be killed, then we can multiply those Islamic demonic possibilities endlessly. That is not being neurotic. That’s being reasonable.

A Muslim rape epidemic in sweeping over Europe -- and over many other nations host to immigrants from the Islamic world. The direct connection between the rapes and Islam is irrefutable, as Muslims are significantly overrepresented among convicted rapists and rape suspects. The Muslim perpetrators themselves boast that there crime is justified since their victims were, among other things, not properly veiled.

What is the psychology here? What is the significance of this epidemic? And how do we face it when our own feminists, with a few exceptions, are deafingly silent about it?

US: SEND $ TO AID HAMAS CHILDREN?

Why of course. Palestinian Authority plus Hamas is running out of money. They had not counted on that with the Hamas "win." Nevertheless, they are now learning how to spell "bankruptcy."

Of course Iran says it will help Hamas with cash. By newsfeeds, I have not come upon a deluge of Muslim leaders other than Iran promising. Maybe Saudi Arabia is there, too, am not sure. But the flood of moneys flowing into Hamas coffers does not seem to be happening.
Further, in the past, Muslim countries have made pledges to other Muslim nations and then did not come through with the finals. Oh well, it’s all in the brotherhood.

However, the first facet of the PA / Hamas appeal for moneys had to do with supporting the Muslim children. After all, those innocent children. Those philosophically naïve boys and girls, given to no particular politic. Who would want them to go without?

Children.

Just the word pulls at heartstrings. So what can the free world do? It can do what it always does—regardless of the ethnicity. When natural disasters hit, the US is there—clothing, tents, blankets, food, support, counseling and so forth.

HILLARY SAYS IT’S OK TO BE ANGRY. WHY NOT?

Senator Hillary Clinton was speaking at a fund-raiser where she revealed that she thinks many conclude she’s filled with a lot of anger.
Then with that, she defended being an angry politician. I thought: Of course. Why shouldn’t Hillary be filled with anger? It’s her party’s platform. Duh!

She blames her anger, of course, on the Republican Party. But that’s been a long-time mantra.

The truth is that not only is Ms H angry but her entire party is filled with it. It’s overslopping their barrels. It has to.
After all, when a party has a death wish, it can’t be lighting up the night or bringing on the dawn. It has to be mired in the gloom and despair of the thickets.

Ms H, one of the most outspoken Dems, is a leader in killing womb babies. She and her husband, once pro-life Southern Baptist and Methodist Bible carriers, are now supporting slicing up the unborn. Would that light any candle anywhere? I think not.

Then where would that leave one’s emotions? It would leave one daily, perpetually angry.

Muslim murderers global are now taking names for suicide bomber squads who have AIDS. The Islamic fanatics have refined their murder craft now to include death by AIDS splash.

So, according to Rupert Hamer, Defense Corespondent, SundayMirror.co.uk, Al-Qaeda has a new recruiting station mode. Suicide bombers with AIDS virus kill themselves with their blood splashing through the air, striking victims and penetrating their skin to infect them with the deadly disease.

What an imaginative technique in murder dimension. Only the Islamic killers international could spend their sleeper cell conclaves to come up with such a demonic act as that.

ILLEGALS KILL MIN & JACKSON. DEPORT ILLEGALS

Jorge Hernandez, aka Jorge Soto, killed Min Soon Chang, 18, college freshman. Jorge was driving drunk and plowed into another vehicle.
Jorge is an illegal alien. He had been arrested three times before for driving under the influence. That happened in three different states. He had been returned to Mexico 17 times.

Finally something seems to be done about these sorts of happenings attached to illegals. Rep. Sue Myrick is putting in a bill which would mandate immediate deportation of any drunk-driving illegal in the US.

Min had been a University of North Caroline student studying for a business major. His life was snuffed out when Jorge drove 100 miles per hour on the wrong side of Interstate 485.

He had been driving for 20 miles on the wrong side of the Interstate.

When asked for his address, Jorge told authorities he had none.
